From 6 to 8 pm meet cheesemaker Hilary Abbott of Cowichan Bay and the folks behind the delicious pates, terrines and cured meats from Choux Choux Charcuterie. Ask questions - learn about the simplicities and complexities of the foods we love to eat with fresh baked bread.
