Celebrate our Japanese Culinary Culture on Vancouver Island.
Dishes will be paired with teas from Silk Road Tea, chosen by Japanese Tea Master Daniela Cubelic, and Osaka Artisan Sake from Granville Island made with local rice.
We will have an opportunity to taste and learn about Komatsu-na, Daikon, Kabocha, Mizu-na, Kabu, Seaweeds and Mushrooms. Chef Nao will also discuss the nuances of preparing and honouring fish from hook to table.
