Join Slow Food Vancouver Island & Gulf Islands and Chef Cory Pelan of Whole Beast Meats
at a lamb roast fundraiser for Terra Madre in beautiful Metchosin

$35 per person/$30 Slow Food Members
Bring your own locally sourced side dish with a local food story

Side dish inspiration:
  • Saanich greens with Saltspring Sunrise Premium Edibles Hazelnut Oil and balsamic vingar
  • Roasted root vegetables with Whole Beast sausage
  • Homemade bread with red fife wheat
  • U-pick blackberries with whipping cream
